Tunisia: Inflation Rate Stands At Six Percent in January 2013 - INS

Tunis — CEO of National Statistics Institute (INS) Jalalleddine Berrajab announced, Wednesday, that inflation rate stands at 6% in January 2013.

Presenting the last INS statistics, during a meeting with the press held in Tunis, he specified that this inflation is mainly due to the 8.6% inflation rate registered on the level of the "food and beverage" group, which is the most important rate registered for several years.
