Cord alliance has written to IEBC and given evidence of how a section of the government led by head of public service Francis Kimemia are planning to rig the elections.

Presidential candidate Raila Odinga and running mate Kalonzo Musyoka say Kimemia's office is using provincial administration to manipulate IEBC arrangements at polling centres. The leaders have also asked police to probe claims made by Chief Justice Willy Mutunga and bring the culprits to book.
