Somalia: Corrupt Judiciary

The government of Somalia confirmed that banadir court is handling the journalist case in corruption.

Assistant minister of Justice Hassan Mohamed Jimale and a judge spoke with Shabelle radio said that they have no trust and faith in Banadir court at all the way they handling the journalist case.

The assistant minister and the judge said that its shame to a court having such picture and it was where people could have their justice and have trust in it at the and also they have promise that where the Alshabab have left and government are controlling that there is court which will be put in place and it will be full under government arm.

The message from assistant minister came after the case which journalist was been handle in appealed to court of appeal.
