Cabinda — The vice general-consul of the Republic of the Congo in Angola's Cabinda Province, Cyrille Irchambot, last Wednesday here deemed his country's friendship and co-operation relations with Angola excellent.

Otsenguet Irchambot said so at a ceremony that served to speak to journalists about his Consulate's activities in the year 2012, in which the media was hailed as having played a great role in covering and divulging the actions of this diplomatic office.

The diplomat said at this momento f globalisation one sees that the media transforms our existence in a considerable way.

"(...) we are here to communicate that this na inaugural meeting where we'll focus our attention in the facts that marked the province of Cabinda", explained the diplomat.
