Nigeria: Delta State to Concession N27 Billion Asaba Airport

The N27.7 billion Asaba International Airport built by the Delta state government would be concessioned to a private investor soon, the state government has said.

Delta state Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan said this Thursday when the National Good Governance Tour (NGGT) team led by Minister of Information Mr. Labaran Maku visited the airport.

Uduaghan stated that the Airport would be fully in operation for commercial flight as soon as it is certified by the Federal Ministry of Aviation, adding that the facility would managed by a private investor for proper maintenance.
