Huambo — The fulfilment of military missions requires skilled operating staff and an organised army, said Wednesday in central Huambo province, the chief of the General Staff of Central Military Region, brigadier Remigio do Espirito Santo.

The officer stated so at closing ceremony of the methodological meeting of the board operations of FAA, held in city of Huambo.

The high ranking officer recognised the growth of that area as the result of fulfilment of duties with responsibility and sense of mission.
