Libya on Tuesday (February 19th) re-opened its borders with Tunisia and Egypt, closed for several days during the February 17 revolution anniversary celebrations, Libya Herald reported.
The Tunisian border posts were open to traffic, but Egyptians protesting Libya's new visa regulations kept their border impassable.
