Luanda — The State secretary for public administration, work and social security, Sebastião Lukinda, considers that the Framework of National Qualifications status is an instrument that defines and structures the qualification levels, having as reference the principles with regard to qualifications judgment.
Sebastião Lukinda said so at the opening of the workshop on framework of national qualifications - opportunities, challenges and lessons learnt, held by the mentioned ministry in partnership with the national institute of employment and professional training (Inefop).
He said this frame is based in some premises on the need for integrating and harmonising the qualifications achieved in the ambit of the various sub-systems of education and training, adding that the mentioned project will enable the legitimate satisfaction of the trainees.
The meeting has as goal to reflect on the concepts and debates of the framework of national qualifications and analyze the main experiences in their implementation in other countries, share information on the reform process of professional training in Angola and to know the regional framework within SADC Region.
