I will not use my position to campaign for the 2017 presidential bid. ACTING police spokesperson Charles Owino said this while addressing mourners at the burial of his wife Linet Akinyi at Mahwi village in East Ugenya, Siaya county last Saturday.
Owino has declared he will run for the presidency in five years from now. "Right now my duty is to serve the people of Kenya through the police service," said Owino.
