Mbanza Kongo — The secretary of State for Waters, Luís Filipe da Silva, is since last Thursday in Mbanza Kongo City, northern Zaire Province, on a 24-hour work visit.
According to the programme distributed to the press in Mbanza Kongo, Luís Filipe da Silva held a meeting with the members of the provincial executive, and afterwards he witnessed the presentation of the ongoing project linked to the construction of local integrated infrastructures.
According to the document, the secretary of State is to visit the water abstraction and treatment station near Lueji river and the site by Lunda river where a new station will be built.
Luis Filipe da Silva, accompanied by a team from his department, is carrying out an assessment on the water sector in Zaire Province.
