Eritrea: Gel'alo Residents Express Satisfaction With Social Service

Gel'alo — The residents of Gel'alo semi-urban center, Northern Red Sea region, expressed satisfaction with social service facilities, on the basis of which their livelihood has by and large been improved.

Among the residents, Mr. Ismail Nor and Hussein Abdalla, indicated that they have become beneficiaries of health, educational, communications and other facilities, and that socio-economic activities are on the rise.

Mr. Mulugeta Tareke, head of health service in Gel'alo sub-zone, explained that community awareness regarding health and other issues is growing thanks to the joint endeavors exerted by government bodies.

In the same vein, Mr. Dirar Asfaha, head of social service in the sub-zone, pointed out that there exists even distribution of health and educational facilities in the locality.
