Kenya: Aspirants Face Off in Kabete

Two parliamentary aspirants in Kabete constituency were yesterday engaged in a heated exchange of words at a public debate. Held at Gikuni Polytechnic, the debate ended up being between Narc's Lewis Nguyai and Pick's James Wanjohi.

Nguyai said Wanjohi is a "Cord mole" out to split the Jubilee vote since Pick's leader, Harun Mwau, is affiliated to ODM. Wanjohi denied the claims and hit out on Nguyai saying he has done nothing for Kabete during his tenure.
