The Supreme Administrative Court on 23/2/2013 turned down an appeal submitted by Wageh Hassan Gabri, one of the members of the dissolved National Democratic Party, calling to annul a verdict issued by the Supreme administrative Court on 16 April, 2011 to dissolve the now-defunct National Democratic Party and to refer all its property across Egypt to the State ownership.
