Eritrea: 'Asmara Classical' Cycling Competition Conducts in Asmara

Asmara — 'Asmara Classical' cycling competition which has the recognition by the International Cycling Association (UCI) was conducted in Asmara today, 24 February.

The 106 kilometer competition which started from Bahti Meskerem passed through Nakfa, Tegadelti and Harnet streets and the cyclists finished the stage cruising 44.9 kilometers per hour.

In the last sprint the cyclist made Abdalla Bin from Algeria, Team GSP, stood first followed by Daniel Teklai, Nahom Desale and Elias Afwerki from Eritrea from second to fourth respectively.
