Nigeria: Shekarau - Power Sharing Will Not Tear Apart APC

The All Nigerian Peoples Party (ANPP) presidential candidate in 2011 election, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau has said the issue of power sharing between political parties merged to form the All Progressive Congress (APC) will not tear the parties apart.

He said this is because all the political parties in APC have resolved that the new parties is the only panacea to liberate Nigerians from the 14 years of oppressive rule of the People Demo cratic Party (PDP).

"The merger parties, the ANPP, Action Congress (ACN) , Congress for Progressive (CPC) and the All Progressive Grand Alliance were equal and none is stronger in any form to others".
