Kenya: Wind Blows Away Roofs

Heavy winds yesterday ripped off the roofs of three classrooms at a primary school in Trans Mara. Edonyo Primary School headteacher John Onyango said roofs worth Sh100,000 were destroyed.

The most affected are the nursery school pupils. Onyango said they are lucky no pupil was injured. "Luckily they had already left for home." He appealed to well wishers to help repair the roofs.
