The formation of government is debated.

Tunis — President of the Ennahdha Party Rached Ghannouchi, Saturday, called for "finishing drafting the constitution as soon as possible" and enshrining the principles of the universality of human rights and the political system "on which will agree the majority of Tunisians."

Speaking at the closing of the conference-debate on the draft constitution organised by the Centre for Studies on Islam and Democracy, Rached Ghannouchi stressed that the new constitution should be as comprehensive as possible "and not written by a specific party".
