Nigeria: Gov Wada Returns to Lokoja After Two Months

Governor Idris Wada is expected back in Lokoja, Monday, after almost two months stay in Abuja, where he was treated for injuries, he sustained in an auto crash involving his convoy on December 28, 2012, along Ajaokuta - Lokoja road.

According to government sources , Governor Wada is expected to on arrival, to resume duties in his Lugard House office in Lokoja, the state capital.

After nearly two months of medical treatment and convalescence in Abuja, Wada is believed to have substantially recovered from the effects of last year's accident involving his convoy, in which he lost his Aide de Camp, ASP Idris Mohammed.
