Nigeria: New Nigerian Political Editor Dies At 49

Kaduna — Political Editor of the New Nigerian Newspapers (NNN) Kaduna, Mr. Ibrahim Adamu is dead. He died at the age of 49.

Ibrahim Adamu, who was also the chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), NNN chapel, died on Saturday in Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State, where he hailed from.

Adamu was taken to his home town last Tuesday following his illness. He is survived by four children.

A statement by the NNN Managing Director, Alhaji Tukur Abdulrahman, said two workers of the company died recently of cancer and stroke.
