South Sudan: Constitutional Land Rights in South Sudan 'Misinterpreted' Governor Says

Juba — The Governor of South Sudan's Eastern Equatoria State, Luis Lobong Lojore, said Sunday that the liberty of civilians to "choose residence" anywhere in the country has been taken out of content by some groups.

Governor Lojore made the remarks at a public meeting in Nimule, where tension is rising following the national government's orders to demolish shops and restaurants.
