Calandula — The governor of the northern Malanje province, Norberto dos Santos, exhorted the children of Kateco Kangola commune to study and be optimistic about the future because they must dream of achieving high levels.
The official said so when addressing the Kateco Kangola population, on the fringes of his Friday's visit in that locality, aimed to inaugurate a health post and the facilities of the communal administration.
According to him, it is needed to look after the children so that they may go to school because some of these minors may be engineers, governors, government officials and a future president of the republic, as long they study.
"What is needed is to give opportunities for the children to study. The President José Eduardo dos Santos was a son of bricklayer, he never thought of being President of the Republic, but he achieved the power because he studied", he said.
