Egypt: Economic Initiative Launched With Participation of 10 Parties

An agreement was reached, during a national dialogue session on economic agenda, to launch an initiative to promote the battered economy, said Industry and Foreign Trade Minister Hatem Saleh.

Saleh said that the national dialogue was held with 10 political parties attending.

The government exerts strenuous efforts to provide a climate conducive to investment, he added.

Saleh said that the initiative includes: social justice and its relation with economic policies, financial stability, investment and employment, innovation and entrepreneurship, anti-corruption, energy and its future in Egypt and tourism.
