Kenya: Handle IDPs Fairly - Cord

The CORD alliance is now accusing the government of favoring one community in the resettlement of IDPs.

Ford-K party leader Moses Wetangula said the resettlement is biased and tribal noting that this will be addressed when the alliance comes to power.

"Many people were displaced by the PEV but it seems government is just committed to resettling one community which is unfair," he said.

Wetang'ula who was accompanied by Lands minister James Orengo was speaking in Naivasha, where they expressed concern over threats being issued to one community in Naivasha.
