As calls for his resignation intensified, head of public service Francis Kimemia appeared in public but declined to address the issue. While visiting Kijabe Mission Hospital at the weekend, Kimemia stayed mum on the matter and declined to speak on the issue after been questioned by the media.
He however revisited the 2007/08 PEV saying that government will pay Sh32million to the facility. Kimemia said the cash is meant to offset bills accrued by PEV victims.
