Kenya: Three Caught With Zebra Meat

ANOTHER three suspected poachers have been arrested after they were found ferrying more than 400 kilogrammes of zebra meat to Nairobi at the weekend.
Speaking to the press, KWS Deputy Senior warden Emmanuel Koech said the suspects are part of a gang that has been killing zebras and colluding with illegal bush meat traders from Mai Mahiu and Nairobi.
"They were ferrying the meat in a personal vehicle but were arrested after traffic officers manning a road block in Narok flagged down their car for inspection," he said
