Angola: House Sale Resumes Next Month

Luanda — The sale process of residences will resume on March 04 2013, in the centralities of Kilamba and Cacuaco, as homes in Km 44, Capari and Zango have already been sold, Angop has learnt.

This was disclosed by the CEO of the Oil Company (Sonangol), Francisco Lemos Maria, when speaking during a press conference in commemoration of the 37th anniversary of the firm.

After an assessment, he said we have noticed that it is important to sale the residences during their construction.

He said that there are in construction in Luanda 45,358 residences, being that in 2012 were traded 8,094 houses.
