Africa: Call for Nominations for Board Member, Developed Country NGO Delegation

The Developed Country NGO delegation on the Global Fund Board has issued a call for nominations for the position of Board member. The position has a two-year term: July 2013-June 2015. The deadline for applications is 8 April 2013.

Although the position will be formally filled only in July, the incoming Board member will be invited to join the delegation for the 29th Global Fund Board meeting on 18-19 June in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and for the pre-meetings.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must work for an NGO from the constituency, which comprises Western Europe, the US and Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Applicants need to prepare and submit an application of four pages maximum. Applications should be sent to Ms Ramme-Fülle. Applicants may be asked to participate in a telephone interview conducted by the selection committee.
