The Presidency said in a statement that the session aims at discussing all viewpoints of various participating powers on guarantees needed to ensure neutrality of the electoral process in the light of an invitation extended by President Morsi to political powers and parties to the dialogue.

The session would be held at 5:30 p.m. at the Presidential Palace in Heliopolis, and the session would be on air, the statement added.
