Angola: National Staff Training Focussed On Long-Term Development

Luanda — The secretary of State for Vocational Technical Education, Narciso Benedito said the National Staff Training Plan (PNFQ), under the Angolan government, provides for a long-term development.

The official was speaking during a meeting between the Ministry of Education and the Private Education.

Benedito said that the long-term strategy was defined a national plan for staff training, aimed at drawing a picture of the country one generation from now.

In order to implement such a goal, he added, the government approved the staff training strategy that allow the country have necessary staff to sustain the desired development.

On the other hand, Narciso Benedito stressed that PNFQ has as the overall objective to promote access of all Angolans to productive, qualitative job and ensure sustained enhancement of national human resources.
