Angola: Oil Company Increases Refined Products Trading

Luanda — Angola Oil Company (Sonangol) traded throughout 2012 at least 5.8 million metric tones of refined products, which represents an increase of 19 per cent in comparison to the previous year, Angop has learnt.

This was disclosed by Sonangol's CEO's Francisco Lemos Maria, in a press conference, under the commemorations of the company's 37th anniversary, marked on Monday.

Among the products are paraffin, diesel and butane gas, he said, adding that the storage capacity has increased also, following the improvement of stockage on the sea. It raises to 29.000 metric tons.
