Angola: Activities Mark Women Day

Luanda — March woman activities, in allusion to the Angolan woman day, March 02, was opened on Monday, in central bie province, by the woman wing organization (OMA) top official, Luzia Inglês, Angop has learnt.

The event will take place under the motto in promotion of solidarity and social cohesion and it will grant a homage to the national heroines that died in the struggle for freedom and dignity of the Angolan people and those ones that contribute for strengthening of the nation.

It also aims at highlight the performance of the Angolan President, José Eduardo dos Santos, in the defense of solidarity, social cohesion, love to follow creature and conservation of harmony within the family.

Awareness campaigns about the fight against domestic violence and female entrepreneurship in the development of the Angolan society are also part of the activities.
