Kenya: Bensouda Admits Muthaura's Case Is Too Weak

ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda has admitted that the case against former head of civil service Francis Muthaura may have to go back to the pre-trial chambers for fresh confirmation after the key witness in his case withdrew his statement. The prosecution admits that the witness who pulled out is the only critical witness who the pre-trial chamber used to confirm Muthaura's case.
