Algerian academic Mustapha Cherif received the 2013 Ducci Foundation Peace Prize for his contribution to intercultural and interfaith dialogue, APS reported on Monday (February 25th).
Cherif was honoured for his "work for the promotion of reciprocal knowledge" and his "efforts for sustainable peace among cultures", the Italian foundation said.
