Kenya: Senior Most Judge Can Swear in President

AG Githu Muigai says the senior most judge could swear in the president - elect if the Chief Justice is not available. The constitution however says that only the CJ can swear in the president - elect or in his absence the Deputy CJ. Muigai also says that public servants found to be engaging in politics will be prosecuted.
