Voters are being cautioned against selling their national ID cards ahead of elections on March 4th. LSK Vice Chairperson Lilian Renee Omondi says that its is an offense under the Elections Act and could attract a fine of 1 million shillings or a jail term of up to six years or both. She added that the recently concluded mock elections showed that one voter would take eight minutes to cast votes on the six leadership positions.
