Police in Kirehe District is holding a 43-year old man for allegedly defiling a 4-year old girl.
The incident happened in Kigina Sector, Ruhanga Cell on Monday.
According to the Police, the child was staying with her aunt, a neighbour to the suspect.
It is alleged the suspect, who is currently detained at Kirehe Police Station, lured the victim as her aunt was inside the house, and took her to the nearby bush.
