Western Sahara: President of Republic Receives Turkish Delegation

Shahid Alhafed — President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mohamed Abdelaziz, on Tuesday received a humanitarian Turkish delegation in end of its visit to Saharawi refugees camps to deliver humanitarian assistances.

President Mohamed Abdelaziz informed the delegation on the latest developments of the Saharawi issue in particularly the arbitrary verdicts of Moroccan military court against 25 Saharawi political prisoners, highlighting on the importance of the delegation's visit which coincides with 37th anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic.

The Turkish delegation composed of President of Bashir organization, president of Ukba organization in addition to members of both humanitarian Turkish organizations.

The members of the delegation expressed their readiness to bring more humanitarian assistances to the Saharawi Refugees who are suffering for more than 37 years in exile in hard conditions.

The Bashir organization inaugurated its headquarters in the Saharawi refugee Camps and provided some humanitarians aids to Saharawi Red Crescent.
