Kenya: Italian Tourist Found Dead in Kilifi

POLICE in Kilifi have launched investigations into the death of an Italian who was found dead at his sister's house in Bofa estate on Monday morning.

Kilifi police boss Clement Wangai said the 76-year-old tourist arrived in the country recently and according to his sister, Bedin Pierah, showed no signs of illness prior to his death.

He said the deceased took supper with his sister before retiring to his room for the night where his sister found him sprawled on the floor in the morning. Wangai said they are treating this as death by natural cause while waiting for the post mortem to establish the actual cause.
