Rwanda: KVC Sign U-17 Pair

KIGALI Volleyball Club have signed U-17 national volleyball players Samuel Niyogisubizo and Patrick Ruzindana on a one-year deal.

According to the head coach, Jean Marie Nsengiyumva, recruiting the pair will help them elevate their career by playing on the professional level.

"I want to have as many youngsters as possible on the team. They will be in their top form in the future if we continue to give them a chance to improve,"

"They are still young, skilled and willing to improve their level and career. I hope they will help the team's ambition of doing well in the upcoming season," said Nsengiyumva.

The 2013 edition of the national volleyball league will start on March 20. Last year, four-time league holders KVC finished in sixth with 25 points.
