Angola: Serbia Wishes Increasing of Co-Operation

Luanda — Serbia Defense minister, Aleksander Vucic, on Wednesday here expressed his Government intention of deepening and improving the co-operation with Angola in various domains, Angop has learnt.

The diplomat told so to press, after the signing ceremony of a minute of talks between the ministerial delegations of both countries, under his stay in Angola, since Sunday.

The accord aims at constructing a military hospital, the construction of a medicine factory, a logistical centre, the rehabilitation of the air barrack, among others.

On his turn, the Angolan Defense minister, Candido Van-Dúnem, highlighted the gesture of the Serbian Republic, in making available scholarships for cadres of the Angolan Armed Forces.

Commitments are assumed for both sides, each other in accordance to its responsibilities, he said.

The Serbian delegation visited in Luanda military institutions and others of social and economic interest.
