Angola: 1º De Agosto Leave for Madagascar Confident in Qualification

Luanda — 1º de Agosto football team left Wednesday for South Africa, in its way to Madagascar where is playing local AS Adema for the second leg match of the African champions league, confident in going to the next phase, Angop has learnt.

This was said by the team coach, Romeu Filemon, at the Luanda 4 de Fevereiro international airport, adding that the main goal is to go as far as possible.

Among the 18 players are the new acquisitions Zola Matumona and Kabamba. On the first leg, 1º de Agosto defeated its Sunday's opponents by 4-2.

The Angolan team trashed 3-0 Recreativo da Caála, for the first round of the national championship.
