Benguela — A workshop on human resources management jointly organised by the centre of support to business chamber of commerce and industry of Angola and the provincial nucleus of young entrepreneurs of the ruling party youth wing (JMPLA), started Wednesday in southern Benguela province.
The meeting will allow 50 young entrepreneurs addressing issues on hiring and selection, characterisation, hiring phases, needs identification, analysis and classification of functions.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the meeting, the second secretary of the provincial committee of the ruling MPLA party in Benguela, Verissimo Sapalo considered training a strategy of governance programme presented during the elections of 31 August, which backs a social market economy.
