Liberia: NEC-IFES Joint Mission to Observe Kenyan Elections

A five- member joint delegation from the National Elections Commission (NEC) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) has left the country on an Elections Observation Mission to the East African State of Kenya.

The joint mission will be in Kenya for a period of eight days to observe the March 4 Elections of that country. The delegation is sponsored by the International Foundation for Elections Systems (IFES) with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The delegation comprises Commissioners Jeanette Ebba-Davidson and Sarah Jegedeh-Toe. The Director of Political Liaison, Joseph Yarsiah and Gender Officer Joyce Abennah Smith along with the Country Director of IFES, FlorimPeruza, are also part of the mission.
