Morocco: Turkey's Ambassador to Nation Lauds Its Role As Springboard to Africa

In an interview with Le Soir Echo entitled: "Morocco, A Springboard Towards Africa," U?ur Ariner, Ambassador of Turkey to Morocco, re-affirmed that relations between Turkey and Morocco "witnessed a renewed impetus since the visit of Prime Minister Tayyib Erdogan to Rabat in March 2005." He added that the elimination of the visa requirement between the two countries created a new dynamic, bringing Turkish citizens to discover Morocco more easily and vice versa. He declared that, in addition to the opportunities that Morocco presents, the Kingdom is a springboard for Turkey towards West Africa.
