An Ethio-Russia Trade and Investment Forum is to be held in Moscow, Russia, on March 5th. Organized by Wafa Marketing and Promotions in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ethiopian Embassy in Russia, the Forum is expected to help to provide a boost to trade and investment relations between Ethiopia and Russia and enhance technology transfer.

The Forum is expected to bring together over sixty governmental and non-governmental organizations, and senior government officials including Dr Tedros Adhanom, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Alemayehu Tegenu, Minister of Water and Energy, are expected to attend. It will also create an opportunity for Ethiopian investors and their Russian counterparts to establish business ties in a number of areas including agriculture and horticulture.
