Tanzania: Rukwa Man Murders Sibling Over Inherited Land Dispute

Sumbawanga — POLICE in Sumbawanga municipality, Rukwa region are looking for a man suspected of killing his elder brother by using an axe and later beheading him.

Rukwa Regional Police Commander, Mr Jacob Mwaruanda said the incident occurred on March 2 this year at Fyegelezya village in the municipality following a dispute over inherited land. The deceased has been identified as Didas Choma (35) and was killed by his younger brother, Frank Choma (30).
