Nigeria: Aliyu Applauds APC Govs' Visit to Borno

The Niger State Governor, Dr. Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu, has applauded the nine governors from the All Progressives Congress (APC) who visited the crisis-torn Bornu State last week, adding that President Goodluck Jonathan's visit to the state tomorrow will make the state open to people.

According to Aliyu who made this known in Minna Tuesday when he received the Commander, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Major General Baba Gana Mohammed Mongumo, on a courtesy visit to the Government House said the visit of the governors has gone a long way to prove that the situation in the state is not as bad as it has been portrayed.
