Egypt: Morsi Approves Registering Ration Cards for 2005 Births

President Mohamed Morsi has Okayed on Monday 4/3/2013 registering ration cards for those born in 2005 and the measures are being taken to enact the decree, Supply Minister Basem Ouda said.

The ration cards system, used by 80% of Egyptians (roughly 70 million citizens), is being reconsidered to increase the minimum salary for obtaining cards and deal with groceries owners complaints.
