Both the Cord and Jubilee alliances have differed on whether rejected votes should be used in calculating the presidential tally as proposed by the IEBC. The Jubilee side says the decision to count invalid VOTES along with the valid ones is unconstitutional, but their Cord rivals maintain that this is what the constitution says.
