Nigeria: 19 Die of Measles, Meningitis in Kebbi

Birnin Kebbi — Nineteen children have been confirmed dead in the current outbreak of measles and meningitis in Kebbi state, a director in the state Primary Healthcare Development Agency, Sani Yusuf said yesterday.

"Between January and February ending, a total of 2,375 cases of measles outbreak were recorded in 13 local government areas with 11 deaths.
